Already built in a closed condominium, the house seeks to generate its own identity and a direct connection with the surroundings. The structural concept was modified converting the supporting walls concept into frame design and concrete beams. With the intention to emphasize the structural elements as well as the local materials, the design of forms to pour the concrete was done with fine wood to get the expected texture.
The window design was done with the goal to be able to open spaces everywhere so the bedrooms become an open balcony. The existing vegetation was preserved to be able to integrate the house with the surrounding gardens.
White was used for the walls and roofs in order to spread natural light evenly. Materials like temperate glass, wood and exposed concrete were used in their natural state to obtain sober and honest architecture.
